Siemens Speedstream SS1012

I'm writing to share my findings from attempting to get a Siemens
SpeedStream 1012 card to work with pcmcia-cs.

As shown on http://www.speedstream.com/support/1012drivers.html, the
SS1012 has two "versions,"  "Version 1" is a tulip card, according to
pcmcia-cs's list of supported cards.  "Version 2," however, is a RTL8139
card.  Why they would give the two cards the same exact model number is
beyond me, albeit extraordinarily frustrating for me to figure out ;).

I needed to modify the RTL8139 driver to support the card.  The PCI id
for this card is 0x101202ac.  After adding an entry to pci_tbl[] for
this, it worked beautifully.  I'd attach a patch, but I had to give the
laptop back to my friend :)

The card's manfid is 0x0000, 0x024c, the same as the RTL8139B, which is
what first caused me to suspect it was a RTL8139 card.
