wpc11 goes stupid again, no interface listed on ifconfig/ifconfig -a

ok, i booted with wireless card in today with test3
kernel, and it locked up like it had a while back
so i upgraded to test 4
the same thing
i changed some things around in config.opts, and it
kept saying couldnt map memory, but i seem to have
fixed that...
but now, no lockups, red light on card, but no
listing, despite hermes/orinoco_cs, modules loaded, of
the interface in ifconfig or ifconfig -a?
help?
