What do you mean by "should be"?

Do you mean this is what "cardctl ident" reports?

You meant /etc/pcmcia/config, right?

Also you included the comma between the 0x0200 and 0x0001, right?

cardmgr would report a syntax error in the config file in your system
log if you left out the comma.
