Ehm... David,

"cardctl eject" followed by "cardctl insert" works.

"cardctl ident" works although "cs: socket c0f7e800 timed out during reset. Try
increasing setup_delay."

Just rebooting works.
"cardctl eject" followed by a reboot works.

So I suppose that the things done while "shutting down socket 0" produce some
... ehm ... magic...

Any ideas?

Steven
