log in message

When I start mol (startmol -X), the virtual system boots up and I try
to log on.  I get the following message:

You cannot continue logging in a this time.

There is a problem that prevents you from logging in at this time.
Please contact your system administrator for help. (OK)

Then I press OK and the system logs me on without a problem.  I am
still curious about what is causing this error, and if I am doing
something wrong.
