Warning - possible breakage of ST40 code in CVS

Hi,

Finally back onto kernel hacking and I'm going to be checking in a
series of patches to bring the ST40 PCI/IRQ stuff back into line.

The current code as far as I can tell unused so I don't think I'm
stepping on anyones toes here however I'll try and check in each logical
bit in turn so bits can be reverted if needed. I'm mainly forward
porting the stuff from 2.4.
