ST40 PCI patches into 2.6 CVS

Hi,

In case people haven't noticed the CVS activity I updated the
pci-st40.[ch] and irq_intc2 files forward porting the fixes I merged
into 2.4 last year from the ST tree.

It works for me, I can boot over NFS via a PCI network device.

There are still a few differences between 2.4 and 2.6, namely the
additional pci_fixup_cache_line and the register accesses in 2.4 have a
udelay(2) in them. If not put those in as I don't seem to need it on my
board.

I'm not massively happy with the pci initialisation given the subsystem
initialisation semantics have changed from 2.4 to 2.6 adn I'm not sure
I've gone about it the right way. However it works, if it can be done
neater later we can fix it.

Hopefully this hasn't diverged too much from ST's own tree, but I needed
something working and I didn't want to keep re-merging changes into the
core to get my product tree working.

Paul, will the CVS changes get pulled into your BK tree and pushed onto
the mainline?

Stuart/Dave, any critical fixes needed for the PCI stuff? I still see:

** PCI ERROR **
 
** INT register status
SDI: SERR detected
** Address and command info
** Command  Int Ack : Address 0x0

on startup and I'm not sure if thats normal behaviour.

Anyway I need to convert my console, IDE and support modules to 2.6 now
so I'll leave CVS alone for the time being!
