The BK tree is obsoleted at this point, we've dropped it for sh64 as
well. So you can either use the CVS tree, or if you're planning on doing
more intricate branching and merging, use the GNU arch tree.

I'll read through your changes a bit later and see if I have any further
suggestions with regards to the init code. If not, I'll group this in
with the next set of patches for mainline integration.
