I'll stick with what I know for now. As long as changes get picked up
eventually. I'd like to hear a bit more from the ST guys tree though.
Have you seen an ST 2.6 tree anywhere?

Yup, found one more bugette, my code managed to scrap through the
arch/sh/drivers/pci/pci.c code because my BSP had run st40pci_init
straight after boot and again in the ST40 pcibios_init.

For now I've disabled the generic pcibios_init and it works fine however
I suspect the Proper Fix (tm) is to remove the ST40 pcibios_init
function and add a arch_initcall to get the pci structure setup so the
generic scan works.

I'm struggling with getting our IDE driver to work under 2.6 at the
moment so I'll have a look at it later.
