David indicated that one was "almost ready" awhile back, I've not seen
it though or heard much about it since. I'm not sure how different the
ST40 stuff that ST has is from what's in CVS now, but it would be nice
to sync up a bit more at some point, especially since it seems that it's
only you and ST that are even using the LinuxSH/ST40 stuff.

Yes, that seems much more likely and reasonable. I would prefer not to
disable code in the common path to appease your ST40 hacks ;-)
