Please post as a new subject instead of replying to an existing thread, this screws up threading in most decent MUAs that support it. Your best bet, and the one most commonly referenced on this mailing list is to use Dan Kegel's crosstool. You can find it at http://www.kegel.com/crosstool. I suppose this should probably be added to the site somewhere so that this issue doesn't repeatedly come up every couple of weeks.
