It's in both the 2.4 branch and HEAD in CVS. The oldest full 2.4 tree I have
is 2.4.23, and that has it in it as well. Look at arch/sh/kernel/entry.S for
gUSA. There's also some changes in arch/sh/kernel/signal.c, all of which are
fairly clearly labeled.

As far as CVS is concerned, the gUSA bits went into HEAD when it was against
2.5.69. Looking at the 2.4 ChangeLogs, it seems it was merged after 2.4.18.

Either way, the changes aren't horribly intrusive, so you can easily merge
these back into whatever ancient tree you happen to be working on.
