linux-sh-2.4.18 build procedure document & patch

Hi all,

I'd written a procedure for setting up cross-build environment for
Linux-sh 2.4.5 kernel before. This time I've assembled patches and
written html file for the same purpose, but for Linux-sh 2.4.18.

"buildproc_[E,J].html" in above shows example to build host environments,
build kernel for target (SolutionEngine 7750S), and build small
distribution for target.
