Non-HDVT modes for fbdev with an HDTV video cable

  Even though I don't have an HDTV-capable TV, I have an HDVT video
cable since component looks a lot nicer than the alternatives.
However, it looks as though the stuff in drivers/video/xbox doesn't
support this on Focus-equipped Xboxes like mine.  Well, that and the
fact that it doesn't work.  ;-)

  What's involved in making this work?  Is it a case of making an
educated blend of the "standard" composite mode setup stuff and the
HDTV setup stuff?  Or am I missing something very obvious?
