[Printing-user-general] DeskJet 3820 installed, not printing

I have succesfully set up my HP DeskJet 3820 via cups on my Fedora Core 3
system. 
When I print something, the light blinks on the printer, but nothing comes out. 

It reminds me of a situation I used to have at work where we had to configure
lpd 
to put an extra ctrl-D at the end of a postscript file to get this one printer
to 
print. Do I need to change an option in the driver to get my 3820 to print,
too?
