[Printing-user-general] Printer drivers on a Server

Good Day

I have setup a Ubuntu Print Server for an Architectual firm, all works great
and I only have two problems.

1. When I want to add a Printer to a Windows XP machine, I can select the
printer and then I have to install the print drivers. Is it possible to have
the server automatically install the drivers as a Windows Print Server does??

2. After adding the printer, I go to "Printers & Faxes" on the windows machine
and I can seee the printers and print to them, but it says next to the status
"Access Denied,unable to connect"..but I can connect and I can print, How do I
get rid of this message??
