[Printing-user-general] Adding Olympus P-S100 Photo Printer

I have added an entry for the Olympus P-S100 Photo Printer, as well as feature
request on gutenprint.sf.net  It appears similiar to the P-10 model from
Olympus, but does 306dpi instead of 320dpi. I tried the P-10 driver, but it did
not work. The error just said "Printer Fault!". 

What could I be doing next to try to get this to work?
