Are you using the current Subversion state (to download with "svn co http://svn.easysw.com/public/cupsddk/trunk/ cupsddk" as shown at the bottom of http://www.cups.org/ddk/software.php)? All releases are obsolete. Have you read the documentation coming with the package? If you have done all this and there is something still asking for "rastertortl", report a bug on http://www.cups.org/ddk/str.php Till
