I've checked out the latest ddk now.  Looks like I'll need to grab
CUPS 1.2 or better to compile the ddk - is cups 1.3.x ready to go, or
should I stick to 1.2.x?

Guessing I  also need the latest GS after compiling CUPS? (for the
rastertortl filter?)
