[Printing-user-general] "Network Printer" option disabled

When I go to install a new printer or chnage an existing printer, the "Network Printer (tcp)" option is greyed out/disabled. It was working before, but I've done something to break it and I can't find out how to get it back. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
