problems downloading PPDs

Hi,

I tried to download some of the HP-PPDs, but get a "403: Forbidden" on some
files. (namely
http://www.linuxprinting.org/download/PPD/HP/business_inkjet/HP_Business_Inkjet
_2600.ppd and
http://www.linuxprinting.org/download/PPD/HP/color_laser/HP_Color_LaserJet_4550
.ppd).

Did I do something wrong, or are there problems concerning the permissions?
