Mac Big sur

Hi, 

I have downloaded the latest Gutenbeg Driver for OSX, which works with Big Sur (although I understand it is not specifically designed for M1 Macs yet.)

The printer settings do not give me access to any colour adjustment - only basic settings - I'm sure I'm making a simple mistake but help would be appreciated.
