These aren't really options; they're descriptions of the printer (firmware + hardware). The firmware expects a certain number of rows, starting from a specified row (usually, but not always, the first). We could in principle send dummy data for the first N rows, but I don't recall that we have a way to do that. Skipping rows would be much harder.
