May be its any way to send empty data for fist N nozzles?
Unfortunately I don't know how gutenprint generate data for printer and
asking stupid questions.
Gutenprint generate data for each pass of printhead with offset? In this
case we, perhaps, can generate "no dots" for nozzles. Or we sending
complete dots matrix of image and printer divide itself for printgead
passes?
