Hi Craig,

Thanks for fixing the build system.  That uninstall seems to work fine now.

With the library rename, do you think we should change the name of the 
header files install directory?

The master branch installs to 'include/proc' while newlib currently 
installs to 'include/procps.'  But maybe 'include/proc-2' would make 
more sense.

Anyway, attached are a couple more patches for newlib.
