Round-Robin DNS for TFTP RE: Dual Booting PXES

Yes, round-robin is working in DNS. The TFTP boot server is "tftp" which is
the round-robin entry. For 20 minutes clients will boot off TFTP server 'a'
and then switch to server 'b' for the next 20 and so on.

I'm assuming that DHCP returns an IP address, not a DNS entry.

I'm hoping that when we upgrade our DHCP server over the year end that it
will recognise the round robin or query DNS more frequently and rotate
server entries for each DHCP request.

I didn't understand why your DHCP is updating the TFTP record in the
DNS.
In ISC Bind if you set more than one A record for a name those records
are rotated (in round robin) by default.
