In your TFTP server put pxelinux.0 (this is the first stage boot loader
you must specify in DHCP) and related files from
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pxes/pxes-tftp-0.7-1PB.zip?download
Then you can load this image:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pxes/pxes-0.7-1PB.initrd?download
To install PXES on Debian you can follow the steps showed in
http://ltsp-es.hispalinux.es/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=10 (in
Spanish !!) but search for apt-get inside the document.
