etherboot floppy booting problem

hi list,

i am new to this ....i have install linux box and install pxes 7.... make .nbi image...

after that i gone thrugh msonly enveroment document ....i use etherboot floppy... i have Realtek 8139 NIC Card.

now i setup all but i have problem that on client when boot it will show as under....

Loading ROM image.

It will show continuly this message....

can u guide me where am i wrong?  where should i have to change my configuration?
