Problems with TFTP-Booting

Hi,

until now I used CD-images with PXES. Now I tried TFTP with the new NICs
(Intel PRO/1000MT). But I get the following messages from the NIC:

PXE-T01: File not found
PXE-E3B: TFTP-Error - File Not found
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent

The NIC gets all DHCP data including "next-server", but it seems it cannot
access the boot files by TFTP.

With Knoppix-Terminal everything works fine.

I've installed the Debian Packages from Ghe Rivero.

Can anyone give me a hint where to start debugging with TFTP/PXES?

Thanx
Rene
