Is there a PXES equivelent to the ltspwebcam-0.1 usb webcam server?

Before I spend the time reinventing this, I'd like to pull a frame from
a USB camera on my thin client to render the image on in my terminal
server session.
 
The easiest way I can think to do this is simply have the thin client
serve the image on a web page that I can request from the terminal
server.  Maybe even integrate this into the existing web page that PXES
provides already.
 
Has anyone done this?  If so can you point me in the right direction?
 
I'm using Version 0.7 of the PXES client in what's so far a completely
stock installation.
