Can omit user and password

I'm using pxes-config to build my own images but if i leave the fields
user and password blank for terminal service options, after booting the
client I receive a message saying that the connection was reseted by
peer, If i Fill out all the information I have no problem.
Just one more question, is there any link where I can find some
information about remote configuration?? I've been trying to use it but
with no success.
