USE BOTH /dev/tts/0 AND /dev/printers/0 ???

Hi Diego,

I have posted this message in the forum but nobody can say something about
that, I think it very interesting, do you have some connection to ask
somebody?

IDEA:

TWO questions: the second one is very very interesting!!!!

1. I want to use two devices: lets say one is a Printer that i connect to PC
in /dev/printers/0 and the other one is a Input Device (Point of Sale POS)
that I connect to /dev/tts/0 (COM Port).
Im using pxes version 0.8 to generate a ISO image for RDP session, so it's a
Windows Terminal Server 2000 that I connect to!

Diego wrote me an email back about that:
You can use as many ports as you want, but you need to add some tweaks by
hand in etc/init.d/rcS.
Use devfs names (ie: /dev/printers/0).

But Im a newbie in LINUX! I checked the rcS. file but I have no clue where
to modify it in order to Support both SERIAL and PRINTER Port while I
connect to Windows TS.

Okey, from my experience I know that you can change the PORT Number
"9100=default" in which the Thin Client talks to Windows TS Server in LPT
Port! This brings me to the second Question!

2. Is there a way, to SAY to the Thin Client "Dear Mr. Pxes Thin Client,
connect after you boot up to SERVER X using your Local COM Port, with "2222"
Port number?????COM--->TCP????"
