Please use the SF's mailing list.
There're some differences, to name a few:
* PXES does not use NFS (suitable for WAN, VPN, etc., less load on servers)
* PXES can be used in a 100% Microsoft environemen (you don't need Linux
or Unix to use it)
* LTSP is one of the available PXES sessions (you can use PXES clients to connect to LTSP servers)
* etc.
