Whats in 2.6 that you need for the thin clients? When I ran pxesconfig and selected a 2.6 kernel, it complains that it can not find any nic modules, allthough they are there. There is a big difference in the layout pf the modules between 2.4 and 2.6. The thing I see that could be effecting pxesconfig, is that instead of eepro100.o you now have eepro100.ko. Anyone using a 2.6 kernel yet? Another thing I have come across is that pxesconfig has issues when initializing the ram disks. It starts with a ramdisk that is too small to hold all the files needed. If I specify a ramdisk image I created manually it works fine. But if I just use the default pxesconfig bitches about running out of space, then continues on as if nothing happend.
