Re: PXES on Linux and Windons Server 2003

Im not great at explaining stuff, especially when right now I cant check what Im saying to do (and last time I did this was over 6 months back), but hopefully this will help you.

You need to make sure XDM, GDM, or KDM is installed and running AND is accepting clients over the network. By default most distibutions don't allow this since it would be a security issue.

If you are using GDM to manage logons already, try running "gdmconfig". You need to allow remote connections and stuff.
For XDM or KDM, you'll need to read up on how to enable listening on the network, as I havent used these before. I assume its fairly similar.
