Dead Keys?

 
Hello
 
I was wondering if anyone has had problems getting dead keys to work with
PXES + ICA client ?
I can't get û,ü etc to work using Norwegian keyboard.
Using X 4.3.0
 
This works fine in X 3.3.6, but I want to use 4.3.0.......
