unable to activate left handed mouse

hi there,

im running pxes 1.0 (6) on fedora core 1.

mouse is set to /dev/psaux - ps/2
i can enable mouse wheel support but the
left handed mouse cant be enabled.

found nothing inside faq and forum/list archive

is there any package on fc1 i need to install ?
got no idea how to activate the needed feature
