Where does the squash file come into play?
Where does pxes/pxelinux.0 come from? It doesn't seem to be in the 1.0

In 0.8 there was an initrd, iso, nbi & squash...

That initrd file doesn't seem to be available for any of the newer versions,
and unless I missed it, the doc doesn't specify what to do with it or where
to get it?

I was looking in pxes-tftp-1.0-6.zip and trying to figure out how I boot
from the squash (which the docs say is pxe-boot related - they just don't go
futher at the moment...)

Thanks for any help you can give - I'm standing by in case you are still
there.

At my present location I've got dhcpd / tftp on unix, but I think I'd be
fine if I had the right source files - I'm missing the boot loader and so
on...
