help on ati radeon

Hi!
I got one of this:
http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/thinclients/t5510/
I'd like to boot it whith pxes.
tftpd works fine problem begin with video drivers.
it try with XFree86 ATI driver 4.9 but it failed with a Segmentation Fault 
(i tried with kernel2.4 and 2.6)

this is the video card:
ATI Radeon 7000-M with 16 MB
Someone can help me setting this working?
(If it is possible..)
