"CPU hangs" if I kill the application

Hello!

I have Debian 8 (3.16.1 kernel) with RTAI 5.0-test1 on an Intel Celeron 
1020E (2 cores).
RTAIs testscripts run fine.

If I start my application (uses mbx and rt_tasks) all is fine too. It is 
an older application (originally developed on RTAI 3.x).
To stop it I need to SIGKILL it. Maybe some changed behaviour in some 
mbx_receive API or something else.
But thats not the point.

After restarting it I get a kernel message in the ringbuffer (dmesg) and 
it seems 1 core is stalling afterwards. Commandline still alive but the
kernel is some way of dead. Not able to finish some process-calls (e.g. 
shutdown).

So is it possible that a bad usage of the RTAI API leads to that form of 
problem or do I have a problem with my RTAI modules/installation??
I already had some problems in installation it (2015-12-05 - "CPU hangs 
on Celeron").
