Hi, it's me again.......The system has no response when I run the run procedure under /usr/realtime/calibration, and the same phenomenon happens when I tried to insert the module rtai_hal.ko.
Since the system has no response,I have to press the power button and can not get any information........
The information of my system is:
CPU: Intel i5-5300U
System: Ubuntu 16.04 amd64 with kernel 4.4.0-34-generic
I download the kernel linux-4.1.18.tar.xz
and patch it with RTAI-5.0-test2......
The make menuconfig of RTAI reports:
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
/usr/src/rtai/base/config/autoconf/missing: Unknown `--is-lightweight' option
Try `/usr/src/rtai/base/config/autoconf/missing --help' for more information
configure: WARNING: 'missing' script is too old or missing
and the make instal of RTAI reports :
th
*** Warning: Linking the executable calibrate against the loadable module
*** liblxrt.so is not portable!
Can any one told me how to find out the reason of this problem?
BTW: Is there a manual for the installation of recent version of RTAI, say, a version higher than 4.0? All of the installation guide I found are kernel under 3.5 and RTAI under 3.6.........
I have been tormented by these installation problems for several weeks.......
yours: C.P.
