I still can not figure out which configuration results the freeze of the system patched with RTAI when I run the calibration test program. This week I tried LinuxCNC, which is based on RTAI, too. Although I could not install the LinuxCNC on a x64 platform, I can run it under the LiveCD mode and all the test in the realtime directory can run correctly with the same BIOS setting. So. I have a reason to suspect that the freezing of system is caused by the kernel/RTAI configuration, do I?
