Don't worry about this problem. RTLinux-3.2-pre3 and RTLinux-3.2-rc1 have the
last version of RTL-lwIP and it works.

The problem of this guy was that he was using kgcc to compile everything. I
suggested him to change and use gcc-2.95 and everything worked fine.
