First of all sorry for the lengthy email. I am not shure about the "dos and 
don'ts" for this list. Should I send these details only tothat paerson who 
asked for?

The box is connceted to our company 10 MBit etherent which should not harm 
a lot or?

It would be great if you could have "a look", but don't know what you 
exaclty mean.
If you meant logging in to the system, that would be fine.
I am behind a NAT router, so would it be possible to send you an xterm to a
