Hi, I am trying to install rtlinux on red hat 9. I am using kernel 2.4.20. I first downloaded the required tarballs and then patched the linux kernel and compiled and installed. Everything went fine, except, when I booted the rtlinux image, it didnt recognize the network card. Then I followed the instruction in doc directory to configure+compile+install rtlinux. I have chosen default configuration option. make dep produced an error. xargs: environment too large for exec. But the rest of compilation went on without any error. Any idea what's wrong?? I can check all the modules installed now ( rtl_fifo etc.). But some of the tests does not work. Also when I rebooted rtlinux I checked lsmod command again. I didnt find any of the rtl modules loaded. I would appreciate any help/tips on this. thanks, santanu _______________________________________________ Rtl mailing list [email protected] http://www2.fsmlabs.com/mailman/listinfo/rtl
