Neocognitron

Hi,

I am trying to find any information about Neocognitron.
There are some "links" in FAQ:

Fukushima, K., Miyake, S., and Ito, T. (1983), "Neocognitron: A neural  
network model for a mechanism of visual pattern recognition," IEEE

but I don't even know how to "read" them - are those positions available  
in the net?
The best source of info I have found up to now:  
http://cs.felk.cvut.cz/~neurony/neocog/en/contents.html, but there are no  
details.

If You know any websites, books or other information about Neocognitron  
(implementation examples would be welcome), give me a hint, please.
