Graphics cards that work for me on alphas are ati "rage" 128, both 4mb and 8mb versions, voodoo 3000 pci (32mb?)... just try through some old stuff. some might even work with tru64. I do have some Fire GL 3000 Pros with the expansion decks, but I had really bad luck getting 'em working in X under Debian. Booted fine, however. I had Debian on my AXPPCI33 and my EB164.
