There are a handful of PDL files with named queries which are
DB specific.

Most of the work would be in the PL/SQL for the permissions and
user / groups denormalizations and also making any neccessary
changes to the MDSQL generator / optimizer.

Judging from a bunch of BugZilla tickets entered on the subject
it sounds like Brett Prucha ([email protected]) is doing
some work in this area, but I've no idea what his plans are...
