Populating & Publishing

Hi Folks,

Couple of things..

Does the package com.arsdigita.cms.populate exist any more? There's an entry for an Initializer in the enterprise.init but no sign of any code - looks like it might be quite usefull.

Also..

When an item is published there doesn't seem to be a straight forward way to ammend and republish.
The old finished workflow can be deleted and a new added, but when the publish task is reached the item must be unpublished before being (re)published which leaves the site without content between the unpublish & publish. Am i missing something or is this the deal? Ideally a republish option which retains the lifecycle but demotes the published and promotes the new draft to live, without the need to unpublish would be usful.
