Use incoming.redhat.com for uploads.

Can't speak for you, but I see a /libc6 directory, and I've uploaded items 
to it as recently as a month ago.

I hope that someday rhcontrib gets fixed, it shows great promise, but it's 
been broken for quite awhile.  I think bero was hoping that opensourcing it 
would get someone else step up to the plate and fix its shortcomings...
